Hello all.
Sorry if this is OT but I really need some help. I have past shoulder
length
naturally curly medium brown hair. I have lost 90lbs in the last year and
a
half and my first problem is my hair keeps falling out, my hair also fell
out when I had my children. I have very thin hair so this doesn't help at
all. Is there anything I can do to stop it from falling out? I lost weight
with Weight Watchers so I eat a balanced diet. My second problem is my
hair
seems to be breaking around the crown, leaving me with large sections of 2
inch pieces that stick out everywhere. I don't know what to do about this.
I
read that people with dry curly hair should only be washing their hair
twice
a week. I wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner everyday. If I was to
switch to twice a week, does this mean I shouldn't wet it either or is it
just the shampooing and conditioning I should cut back. Also, what
products
are good for dry curly hair.....I live in Canada so that might limit
availibilty for me.
Thanks in advance for all your help.
Sandra
