Where can I find Permalash or Intensives Lash Tint?

I'm looking to buy either the Permalash tint or Intensives Tint, but
every store that has it will only sell it to those with current
cosmetology licenses. I currently use the Roux tints, but they're so
runny! I would like something in a cream–based application....and
more color choices!
