My friend's daughter just bought a gorgeous dark teal evening dress by ABS at
Saks. It was just under $400 and her first and only formal dress in 4 years of
high school that her mother didn't sew for her. They really broke the bank!
Today I noticed that it was on sale for $236. I checked the sizes and saw that
they were all available. I had to find her mother!
I was able to reach her, she gave me her credit card number and I ordered
it(paying $21 for rush delivery) and it will be here in time for the dance next
Saturday. We were even able to get a size 4 (she bought the 6 at the store,
which was all they had, and they were going to have it hemmed & taken in
tomorrow) so now it'll be a perfect fit.
Her savings will pay for shoes, earrings, a bag and her hair appointment!
Just wanted to share the good fortune!
