Eyebrows!

I realize that there are plenty of waterproof eyebrow liners out there
to choose from, but those with oily skin, such as myself, do not need
*water*proof brow–liner so much as *oil*proof. Does anyone out there
know of any brow liner, short of going to a permanent makeup
technician, that can withstand the gradual erosion that oily skin
inflicts on it as the day wears on? ~Spira Rae
