Styrofoam boot forms––where?

"cofarb" <do...@cofarb.com>
I have a couple pairs of styrofoam forms that fit inside tall boots to keep
the boots upright and filled out. A friend gave them to me eons ago––so
long ago that I only needed two pairs to hold up *all* my boots. I
have––ahem, cough, sputter––a few more pairs of tall boots now and would
love to have more of the forms but have no clue where to get them. (I stuff
my boots with tissue for out–of–season storage but this isn't practical when
I'm wearing the boots all the time.)
Any ideas where I can score these?

Not a clue but they sound great. Only thing I've seen are those cedar
boot trees that are available at western outfit shops. But foam forms
eh...they sound so logical you'd think they'd be some sort of industry
standard by now.
