I am new to this

Valerie_Pellinka–Förderreuther
Hi,
just wanted to introduce myself after lurking and reading here for
several days.
I am 21 yrs old and live in Germany, near Munich with my husband and my
10 month old daughter (we had our first Wedding Anniversary this past
weekend!). Since I was 15 I have had a strong interest in fashion and
beauty and therefore participate in several forums (german and
american). My room sometimes looks like a newspaper kiosk as this is my
other weekness – magazines! Apart from that I am a total coffee junkie
;–) and read lots about nutrition, health, good eating, wellness, etc.
Here are my fave brands (at the moment)
Skincare: Clinique, completely
Haircare: Aveda, but I am not satisfied and look for somethings else
Clothes: I wear a lot of the Gap, Zara (spanish company and only
availible in Europe; similar to Banana Republic in means of style) and
H&M as those suit my budget and are best with a small child ;–)
MakeUp: I love Benefit, MAC and Bobbi Brown but try to get those by
swapping at MUA
Scents: Clean, light, fresh and powdery
Hope noone is annoyed by my introduction ;–) I am looking very forward
in participating here.

Sounds familiar, but it tends to look like a newspaper kiosk after an
earthquake around here. :–(

Speaking for the group here, definitely not.

Valerie,
Welcome aboard – hope you glean some useful information here.
What do you think of the Borlind line? A friend of mine outside
Hamburg thinks it is expensive by your standards. Another friend in
Berlin used to come to the States and load up on Clinique every two
years.

Welcome to the group Valerie! Word of advice – watch your wallet. I
always seem to spend more when I'm reading a.f :)

for a few months. I love it but, like Melissa said, it can be hard on
the wallet hanging around here :–)

Yes, but there's undoubtedly a lot of mess in Harris County. Some of
it is in my apartment. <grin/duck>
PS: I suspect I can find magazines dating back to the Clinton
Administration, I just threw a "pre 9/11" magazine out and I know
there's a lot of similarly aged stff.
