It's going to be my first time.
Would it be a good idea to show pictures from magazines to show what
kind of brows I want? I basically want "pretty brows" not too thin,
but nicely shaped with a bit of an arch. Kind of like Lauren Grahams
on the Gilmore Girls.

Makeup, it takes believing in. Like a magic carpet, it's belief that
makes it fly. Otherwise, it's just a rug.
If you believe in it, makeup has a magic all it's own.
Of course, makeup is only dimestore magic. But it works well enough,
when it's used properly.",

movie of the same name.
Hi Veronica:
It's always easier to get them to take more off, but it's impossible to have
them fix what is overplucked, so I advise you to tell the aesthetician to do
it gradually. When I'm trying out a new aesthetician, I usually tell them
to err on the conservative side. If I don't like it, then they can pluck
more.
Also, trust them. Ask for what you would like to see, but if they say that
it can't happen or that it wouldn't suit your facial structure, don't argue.
They can see things that the untrained eye can't.
Good luck!
