How do I identify a Ralph Lauren plagiarism?

Siegbert Baude <siegbert.ba...@gmx.de>
Hi,
I bought a Ralph Lauren sweater. At home I had a closer look at the
label with additional information pinned to it. In a few dozen lines of
text there are at least three errors, one of them clearly the result of
scanning the text with an OCR program. So I wonder, if I might have
bought a plagiarism; or are those labels produced somewhere in outer
Mongolia, where they don't know how to type some lines of English text
and have to use computer scanners to produce these small paper sheets?
Is there a safe method to identify Ralph Lauren plagiarism?
Thanks for your help

If it has the "pony" logo, make sure it has FOUR DISTINCT legs. Almost all
forgeries will have a pony with only 3.

It seems to be an original then. Thanks a lot Joe. :–)
Maybe they should purchase spelling correction software in addition to
their OCR. *g*
