Retin A and facial definition

Recently a poster wrote that long term use of Retin A reduces facial
definition. Would someone please explain this to me and give examples? As a
long term Retin A user I'm wondering what exactly that means. I haven't heard
it before.

I think someone unearthed a post from the skincare ng (which I can't seem to
get). I read that post and it sounded bogus to me. I wouldn't give it much
credit – there were no facts nor any proof. It barely made any sense.

What do you mean your face "flattened"? How long were you using it before
you noticed a change? How much were using? What frequency? Did anyone else
notice this change? Did the doctor who prescribed Retin A also notice this
"flattening"? Did your doctor observe this change in other patients as well?
Did your doctor explain the phenomenon to you?
