Cherie,
Have you smelled Fresh Sugar Blossom? I bought this in the spring/summer
and I absolutely love it. It is not sickly sweet, meaning it is not JUST
sweet. It does smell of fresh flowers and dries down to a wonderful
floral
and sugar fragrance. I'm asking because I've been wearing it and loving,
and I was interested in the Fresh Lemon Sugar for two reasons Stevie's
recommendation and the fact that I like Sugar Blossom so much. But when I
went to my first Sephora a couple of months ago, I smelled it and did not
care for it as much (sorry, Stevie). It didn't have any lemon fragrance
to
me either. And it didn't smell like the best part of my Sugar Blossom
either (as in the Sugar part). I wish I had a sample to send you but I
don't. And I'm not about to part with what's left in my bottle!!! But
you
should try to get a tester of that.
Is your name pronounced Sherry or Shuree? I have an acquaintance through
my best friend whose name is pronounced Shuree (with emphasis on the last
syllable and I've always wondered how it's spelled? I've always
envisioned
it as yours is. Can you help a girl out?
Jamie
Sounds like I would like the Sugar Blossom, I tend to gravitate towards
sweet smelling fragrances. I was truly disappointed in the Fresh Lemon
Sugar, I had thought it would smell much better one me.
Actually my name is pronounced "Cherry", parents were young hippies & my mom
just loved the name. As you can imagine I got teased endlessly as a child
by it "Hey is your sister named banana?" and even worse as a teenager by the
boys in school (use your imagination & you can figure it out). I didn't let
it bother me though I did at one point beg my mom to let me change my name
to either Kristen or Stephanie (we always seemed to have at least 3 girls in
class by those names).
Oh and I do know someone who pronounces her name Shuree and it is spelled
the same as mine. Hope I helped a girl out!
