What type of bra works under a silk cami?

Hi,
I've been lurking around and haven't posted for quite some time but I've always
valued the knowledge and opinions of this group.
Question: What type of bra would you wear under a silk cami? I'm not lucky
enough to have perky boobs, large boobs (I'm hardly an A), or implants, which
I'm sure do wonders under such pretty tops.
I've seen the "Natural Bra" which has adhesive strips on silicone breast covers
with no straps involved, but I'm always leary of "As Seen on TV" stuff. Has
anyone tried it? I own a few decent strapless bras but some of the camis I
see, mainly the silky ones that have a lingerie look to them, would show the
sides and possibly front and back of a strapless bra, I believe.
