Burt's Bee Tomato Complexion Soap any good?

Does anyone with extremely oily skin have experience with this? If
so, would you recommend it? Will it cause overdrying / irritation if
you use it on Retin–A treated acne prone skin? Thanks!

I use it and really like it. It is the only soap that I have found that
really gets my oil slick face clean. (Nothing like the peri–menopausal years
for greaseball skin and hair!) It doesn't over–dry my face at all. I don't
know about the Retin–A thing, though.

I have an oily face, and this stuff is the only soap that doesn't cause that
horrible domino effect, you know, strip the oil, face makes more, strip it
again, even more oil.
I have no clue about the Retin–Am though

Hi there,
I've been using Retin–A micro and I just bought a bar of the
tomato complexion soap so I'll let you know if I have any adverse
reactions. I seriously doubt I will. I have a question for you....
how has Retin–A been for you? Effective?

I've used it, and what I like about it is it cleans thoroughly, but
doesn't leave your face taut and dry. I have combination skin that
sometimes breaks out. The soap was mild, yet effective, and didn't
interfere with the salicylic acid treatment products I some times have
to use. I don't use it any longer, however, because no matter what
precautions I took, it melted insanely fast on me. I got tired of
replacing it.

I've tried the Carrot, Lettuce, and Tomato Burt's Bee Complexion Soaps and I
like the Lettuce the best. I've used the Lettuce and the Tomato toners and
like the Tomato better in the toner, however.
Great toners and soaps. I love 'em and they smell fresh and nice and not
chemically and mediciney.

Retin–A is OK. I've tried them all and like Tazorac better as it
doesn't give any stinging or cause any excess redness or dryness.
It's the strongest topical medication out there. The next step up
would be the infamous Accutane.
