Where are the best *reasonably* priced places that you shop for men's clothing?

To define reasonable: Men's warehouse is slightly above reasonable.
I am not looking for *the* right answer, I am looking for your opinion.

The best "reasonably priced" place I've bought clothes for my husband has been
JCPenney hands down. But I haven't bought him tailored pieces or anything
there, just pants, shirt, and the like.

My husband trashes everything he owns in under a week, so we stick to Ross,
TJ Maxx, and Marshalls for normal gear.
