'fashion' use for bubble wrap

wrap and tape down some layers of bubble wrap on the horizontal part
of a plastic hanger – makes a cheap padded hanger for pants and maybe
prevent that hanger line.
otherwise, my local pack and ship place is thrilled to receive the
stuff – anything to keep it out of the landfills.
