yup. Any reason for the question?
I'm off to London tues/wed shopping (and to a piano recital)... can't wait –
a pair of Tanino Crisci shoes beckon for certain. Apart from that I'm
browsing!

No particular reason, I know most people are from the US, but there are a
bunch from Singapore and I was wondering who was in the UK.

I am in the UK once every 6 months as I am staying in Denmark. Most
people here are from the states... *sigh* All those lovely products
recommended are just out of my reach. Thank goodness for my wallet
but not so fun for me! :)

There are a few from the continent as well.
I had wanted to make a trip to London over the weekend but forgot about some
plans made ages ago.
There's apparently a DWS sale this weekend. Has anyone been?

At least we europeans get european products at "generally" better prices.

I dunno about that Julie. I'm spending three months in the States,
and I'm doing a lot of "research" on cosmetics. L'Oreal ones, a
perfectly French brand, are cheaper here than in Spain or France, plus
there're always coupons running around to make them cheaper. And
Rimmel, these guys are British, aren't they?, is half the price in our
locar Wal–Mart than in any shop of Barcelona that carries this
particular brand. I suppose that more exclusive European brands are a
totally different story.

Maria in Barcelona (now in Ohio)

I'm around when I can get round to it.
That is when all good UK broadbanders go to sleep and remember to
switch of their computers and BB modem routers before going to bed. Then
I can have a say in the good ol' forums and NG such as this one..
Sorry if I appear cynical

Oh, oh, oh! Julie wheee!!!! DH is a Brit so we make the trip at least once
a year to see Dad. He gives me several days in London to shop 'til I drop
and eat 'til I burst... I've just added DWS to my list. Bless his heart
he'll understand completely. Thanks for the heads up and I don't know how I
managed to miss this store (I truly thought I'd been to all of them – good
to know there are still new adventures awaiting me). Ta.

I've heard of Rutland. When I worked in Local Transport (Government Policy
dept) I recall they had a dreadful local transport plan! I'm in Wales now
(and have been most of the last 12 years – London was an 18 month
diversion!) – have to say I've never visited Rutland though!
