Hi guys!
Next week I'm moving to Ohio for three months. In order not to carry
with too many things, I plan to carry travel size toiletries for the
whole family, and when there, buy everything needed. The thing is
that I'm not familiar with babycare brands, and don't know what to buy
for my son. Currently, he is using the Mustela range, but I do not
know if these products are widely available in the USA (where we are
going to live there's a Walmart and a CVS store). What brands do you
recommend to buy?
Mustela is available, but usually only in specialty shops. I've found it at
Sephora and Nordstrom as well as at baby specialty shops (like Babies R Us).
You could always order from the web and have the items waiting for you when
you arrive.
As for drugstore brands, I've been pretty happy with the Gerber line of
shampoos, etc. Not as nice as Mustela, but gentle to the skin (my son, now
2, was very allergic to Johnson & Johnson, probably the most frequently used
line of products here). I use the lavenderscented soap myself because it
smells so nice. They have Gerber at our local CVS. I don't shop at Walmart
much, but I imagine it's available there too.
HTH and good luck with your move!

TIA for any input.
