Neutrogena Tinted Moisturizer

"Sophie" <Sop...@fakeaddress.com>
How hard is this to find? I can find every sort of foundation but not the
tinted moisturizer that I see magazine ads for. The Healthy Defense Sheer
Make–up is the closest I can find but that's still not it.
I've tried Target and Walmart with no luck. The only other places I can try
are CVS and Eckerd's. Does anyone know if they have it?
Thanks.

Its very sheer; I prefer something with a bit more matte and I only
used my tube about 5 times.

If you want it, let me know via email (you'll need to correct the
spelling of 'coalition'). IIRC, it was purchased at Tom Thumb
Supermarkets, which is part of the Safeway chain now.

Most of the drug, grocery and department stores here carry it, but it's with the
facial care stuff – cleansers, moisturizers, etc. – not in the regular
Neutrogena makeup displays. BTW, the Healthy Defense Sheer Makeup is really
nice, too! It's almost as sheer as the tinted moisturizer, but more matte and
evens the skintone a little better.

Unfortunately this is being discontinued. The colors also run very light in it.
Another sheer makeup is the Revlon Even Out in the tube. Great sun protection
with zinc & titanium dioxide, but SPF 20.

Well I've ended up really liking the tinted moisturizer. I don't find it
greasy it all, sinks right in, and dries matte. Also doesn't make the dry
bits drier. I think it'll be great in the winter too.

Thanks Elizabeth and KMS, I found it at CVS. I got the medium tint. It
seemed very moisturizing (on my hand) which I *think* I'll like. I found
that the 2 other tinted moisturizers I have (Sonia Kashuk and Revlon
Skinlights) settled into dry patches. Having to put moisturizer on before
tinted moisturizer defeats the purpose to me.
And you were right, it was with the face washes and wrinkle creams, not the
cosmetics. It's also a tube in a box – for anyone looking for it. I
thought it would just be the tubes on the shelf with the foundations.
Thanks :)
