Accu–soothe––has anyone tried this lip balm

Has anyone tried Accu–soothe? Apparently it's a lip balm designed for
people on accutane. I was watching Charmed and wondering whether
Alyssa Milano had collagen injected into her lips when I ran into this

It sounds like it might be a good base for lipstick. I didn't see any
