Wow, Stevie major major haul for you! And also good buys for Cheryl . Sounds
like a great shopping day (we passed the outlet area on the way home but hubby
nixed my idea of stopping there. LOL My promise of only 30 minutes or so,
pleassseeee, fell on deaf ears) Also sounds like The Kid had a great time at
all the makeup counters. Will definitely call Reed when I want to order Stila
products and the holiday item you told me about.

You ain't kiddin' sister.
I had an opportunity to interview Anne V , the face of Chanel Chance at the
Macys SCP event sponsored by Chanel and Teen Vogue.
Oh, isn't she a sweetie –– I met her last month at a local Chance
event.
Bliss was
doing mini foot scrubs. (sounded lovely)
Stop there... no need to go further....aaaahhhh.
snipped Stila info to save bandwidth.
snipped stuff about child getting, what, 12 makeovers? LOL
anyway while we were waiting, Anne V was finished and went upstairs. I met
the Chanel corp person and we hit the conference room with Anne, her mgr,
and several Chanel people. (every Chanel person was wearing PINK knit chanel
style jkts)
so we talked. She's TALL, beautiful and doesn't really look like those
photos on Chance. She has blonde hair, wears the shortest minis known to man
and prefers tank tops and casual clothing to the other stuff. she's Russian
and 17. The Chance photos were taken when she was FIFTEEN!! she really is so
genuine and sweet and was really nice to my daughter who was thrilled to be
there.
I thought she was all of 18. Silly me!
(ps. I think the perfume stinks, one to really be frightened by, with
all the synthetic junk in it.)
That's was FRIDAY
Oy, you have stamina, woman.
SAT!!! geez up really early since we had to leave at 8 am. My friend AMO
decided not to go and so I picked up g/f Cheryl on the way out to Cabazon
Cheryl got some GREAT black low heeled pumps at a great price plus she found
this super belt so bec she bought two things, she got 20% off the already
marked down price.
"She's a shoe freak, shoe freak, she shoooely freaky."
snipped shopping trip that left *me* exhausted just reading it.
Cheryl bought a ton of stuff as well.......
Don't tell me she didn't buy *one* herb book! (inside joke).

Thanks for the fascinating report, Stevie. I have to tell you that I got a
major chuckle out of the realization that "the kid" and "the face of Chanel
Chance" are practically the same age!

Man, I would *love* to go to that outlet. It sounds like my own little
personal heaven. Wonderful finds Stevie! and what a lucky daughter to
get all those makeovers. Sounds like a great weekend!

I've been in the Cosmetics Compamy mStore there, but never
saw Lancome – is it in a different shop?
"Stevie" <privil...@charter1.net>
it is a different storefront entirely. Had us thrown for a loop looking for
the EL one till we got there

Do either of you remember the name of the Lancôme outlet?
We go there fairly often when en route elsewhere – it makes a nice stop
and the DH likes several stores there so I don't get much argument on
making the break there.

Aha!! So that's the key to getting the DH to stop at the outlets! When I
wanted him to stop, it was all about Me Me Me!! <g>
