Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Sunblock

I just bought a tube of this, after hearing some good things about it,
plus it has everything I need in a sunblock...UVA/UVB protection, SPF
30, plus Parsol 1789. Now I just read something here on another
thread, that said that this does NOT work! Why not??? Do any of you
know about this, or have tried it?
With all the above ingredients, I cannot imagine why it would not work
great!

This is what I use and I have found it to be effective. Maybe people weren't
using enough or reapplying it when required.

Despite the bad experiences that I've seen here, I saw great reviews from
posters at another cosmetics website (can't remember if it was icompact.com or
makeupalley.com). Plus, Paula Begoun seems to really like it. I think it was
even her product of the month awhile back. I'm planning on giving it a try. I'm
going to Colorado for vacation, so the high altitude will really put it to the
test. We'll see how it works!
