Re: Starting a new company, advice?

I would advise you to go to the trade organization for your profession. It's
an excellent place to get information about the traps and pitfalls of your
business. It's also a good place to find tax, accounting and legal firms who
served a lot of people in your branch. Not all accountants or lawyers are
the same. It is important for you to find someone who knows about your
specific needs and has enough experience to tell you how to get around the
problems specific to your branch. Through your trade group, you will also
find out which firms and people you should NOT partner with.

We are starting a new company in model agenting.
Notably in importing high experience, low profile faces within europe.
England to Germany, Spain to France, etc.
Could anyone recommend any sources of information, know–how or advice.
All tidbits of information would help us immensely.
Anyone knowledgeable person reading this, we would greatly appreciate
your advice.
