I've had laser hair reduction with great success. It may not be really
permanent, but I'm to the point of needing a 'booster shot' about every 6
months and I'm happy.
If, as you say, you have dark hair and fair skin it should work wonderfully.
Be aware that the first session, with a lot of hair to work on, will hurt
even with the topical anesthetic.
Check references from other customers before having the work done. There's
the possibility of permanent skin scarring if the tech uses too high a
setting of the laser. There are also several different laser systems on the
market that work with varying degrees of success.

Hi there,
I'm about starting a Laser treatment... 'cause I'm tired of all of
these hair in my face. And if it works, I'd like to laser my entire
body. I live in Uruguay so it isn't really expensive here ($700 for
legs, bikini area, armpits and more..., having 5 to 7 sessions).
But I read a lot about it and found there are many different opinions.
Most people say it isn't really permanent, especially if the hair is
thin and the person is black or hispanic. But I have really thick hair
and a very white skin. So, what do you think? Is Laser hair removal a
trick?
Thank you,
Ana
