under eye cream recommendation please!

"cloud nine" <griff97removes...@perigee.net>
I'm looking for a good under eye cream to help with wrinkles & fine lines.
Preferably a drug store brand. I suppose I need one with AHA? I've heard
good things about Roc. Is that a good one? Or which one would you
recommend?
TIA!!

IMO, the best drugstore eye creams are:
Nivea COQ10
Almay Kinetin
L'Oreal Revitalift
it would be good to get one with retinol (like the L'Oreal Line Eraser
one), if possible, to alternate with the others. I personally don't
think AHAs are a good idea to use near the eyes. just my opinion,
though. also, an eye cream with any kind of spf would be ideal for day wear.

I agree wholeheartedly with the Nivea rec, it's a fabulous cream that has NEVER
inflamed my sensitive eye area, as many others have done.
The Almay and L'oreal haven't done anything for me, however. I would put ROC's
eye cream as a close second to the Nivea.
The best eye creams I've found for me are these three that I rotate:
Orlane's B21 Anti–Fatigue –– (best for lightening under eye circles and
erasing wrinkles under the eye)
Creme de la Mer eye cream–– (best for soothing inflamed skin and wearing during
the day.)
Clarin's "Special" Eye Balm ––( best for moisurizing and any crow's feet.)
As you can see, however, these are not department store brands, they're all
rather pricey (except for the Clarins, which is a bargain at around $22.)

are the effects of these creams long term? or u get the benefit as
long as u use it and after that ur skin is back to normal.

please be sure there are hats and sunglasses in your out–of–doors
arsenal.
also, I put a thin layer of vaseline over eyecream at night – seems to
keep things more moist in the area. ('moister' just doesn't sound
right...language buffs, any feelings on this?)

Clinique's All About Eyes is a refreshing gel/cream that works well
under the eyes.
