Dunkin' Donuts for me, plus the 2 apple fritters
DH doesn't know I hid in the stationery drawer
and the 3 spice–cake donut holes the child didn't

It's a birthday dinner. It's up to the BD person.

Today was my 'free day' on my diet. One day a week I can eat whatever.
We ate at Angelina's Spaghetti House. Anti–Pesto Bar, Salad Bar, Prime
Rib, roasted vegetables, spaghetti, garic bread and ice cold Budweiser.
Great stuff.

Last night – Sheperd's Pie

Tonight we had roast beef with gravy and roast veg (potatoes, pumpkin,
carrot) and steamed broccoli.Choc chip cookies for dessert if anyone wanted
them, but we were all too full. (BTW, it is midwinter where I live!)
