OT: cleaning sticky stuff off shelf unit

have you ever bought those plastic coated metal shelving units (to put in
your closet, for example) then gone to use it and found it's all gummy?
anyone know how to clean that sticky goo off? thanks in advance.

Have you tried Goo Gone made by the Magic American Corp. Most stores carry
it where they
have cleaning products and I use it for all kinds of sticky substances.

Try any of the orange oil cleaning stuff. works great. Took tape off my new
dining room table when it was delivered to me very well.
