Revlon Browmaker at Big Lots – $1.99

Went to Big Lots trying to find the sadly discontinued
Sally Hansen Soothing Lip Balm – no dice – but saw
they had quite a few Revlon Browmaker kits at $1.99.
They also had some items from Revlon's Skinlights
line. I got the Glosslights lip balm for $2.99 and it's
almost as good as the SH.
