Brooks Brothers will have them, as will Charles Tyrwhitt (ctshirts.com).

I just bought a black silk shirt that takes cufflinks and studs. It came
with some basic studs, but no cufflinks. I think some of those silk knot
ones would look pretty good. Does anybody know where I can order some black
ones? I found a UK site that has them, but I'm in the US, and I don't want
to pay overseas shipping for such an inexpensive item.
Thanks in advance,
Greg
Aw Greg, please don't spoil the snazzy look of a cuffed shirt by
wearing disposable cufflinks! Look for some proper cufflinks at men's
shops, they don't have to be expensive (it helps if they are, of
course).
