Advice wanted: wool, tweed sport jackets and fashion?

mike anderson <please.keep...@in.newsgroup.thanks.com>
I'm looking for a hip wool sports jacket, is there such a thing now
days?
The sixties and seventies were full of up the date and hip wool
sport jackets in modern colors as well, like, a light–grey jacket with
a bright green herringbone pattern etc.
Another thing that really set the (60s and 70s) sport jackets apart
from the traditional wool/tweed jackets, were their narrow
facings/lapels, and today I don't see this much. So if somebody know
where I might find a sports jacket similar to this, would you please
direct me.
Any help in this matter would be most appreciated, thank you.

eBay is one of the most consistent sources for this kind of
clothing –– look in their vintage category. You might have to
go through a few dogs to find a real gem, but they're out there.

This was a great tip, thank you. Even after a hasty visit eBay reveals
a handful interesting items.
Thanks again,
