Late 60's Beatle cut

Is there a harisylist out there who can explain how this haircut is done?
It's sort of a Beatle/shag cut. Is it difficult to do? Should any hair
stylist be able to do it, or is it a specialized thing?

Hair stylists are trained to give whatever cut their customers
want. Just find a high–end stylist, bring the picture in with
you, and ask him/her if they can do that exact cut.
