ARGH, Where is the Slim mens clothing, especially sweatshirts

gordonshumwa...@hotmail.com (Adam)
Once upon a time I had a Carhartt sweatshirt that I loved very dearly.
Im a slim guy with about a 33 inch chest, about 5' 10" I loved it so
much because it actually fit me. The arms were not billowy baloons,
when zipped up there wasn't a bunch of extra room around the stomach
or in the chest. I like clothes that fit me, not looking for anything
super tight, but I don't wanna look like a 9 year old kid in his dad's
sweatshirt. Unfortunately, several months ago I lost the sweatshirt
that I had had for several years. However when I went to buy a new
one, I have found Carhartt has completely changed the sizing on their
"small" sweatshirt.
I tried ordering a new one from two different mail order places and
both sent me enormous sweatshirts labeled as "small." The sleeves
extend about 6 inches beyond my hands, the waist goes down to my
thighs and there is about enough extra room inside the sweatshirt to
fit a pillow with room to spare. It actually now has about a 42 inch
chest sie on the small! I tried ordering a russel brand "small"
sweatshirt, but unfortunatley their idea of small is big and bulky
too.
Anyways, I just thought I would try posting here to see if any other
slim guys could let me know what they do. I've tried parusing the
womens and childrens sections, but sweatshirts are out of season
apparently and I can't find any to test out. BTW, I would lean
towards any made in the USA, union made non sweatshop exploitation
brands if possible. Thanks
